Method
We build it, run it, then leave.
The method is short to describe. The work inside it is careful. Each stage exists so the next one rests on something true.
- Read
Read the company.
We start with what exists. Your installed base, your referral sources, the shows you attend, the deals you lost and the buyers nobody ever called. We name who you can reach and who is hearing nothing from you. You get this as your buyer map, whether or not we work together.
- Agree
Agree the baseline.
Before anything is built we write down where you are today and what we will measure against. Pipeline you can see. Conversations that began from nothing. Reported the same way every time.
- Build
Build only what is missing.
A company with a strong referral base and no outbound needs different work from one with outbound and no reason to be believed. We say which channels fit, and why the others can wait.
- Run
Run it ourselves.
We staff and operate the work. Research on each buyer. Messages written for one person and read by a human before they go. Answers that buyers can check on your site and in the press. When someone asks us to stop, we stop, and they hear nothing more.
- Hand over
Hand it over.
When the channels produce pipeline, they become yours. The playbook. The data. The sequences. Your people, trained to run them. Nothing stays locked inside our firm.
What we will not do.
- Buy a list and send the same words to all of it.
- Write anything we would be uneasy reading aloud to the buyer it was meant for.
- Run work you could not explain to a customer who asked about it.
- Stay on as a permanent fixture. The point is that you own it.
The first stage is free.
The buyer map is the reading stage, done for your company and handed to you. Keep it either way.
